tentenBack in May, Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion’s killer “Savage” track made our In Rotation column, with the press release talking up, “A futuristic tale of assassins set in day-glo animation, the ‘Savage’ visual marries a long hinted at partnership of Megan’s love of anime and her authoritative rap sound.”
More recently, of course, she made headlines thanks to her collaboration with Cardi B, “WAP,” and the liberating video that accompanied it. We’ll have to wait and see what she offers up at this full, livestreamed and crowd-less concert.
